We collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact form:
The interactive demos on this site run entirely in your browser and are not stored or transmitted anywhere.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up about our services, and maintain basic business records of client communication. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
When you submit our contact form, we use Klaviyo, an email marketing platform, to record your name, email, and message so we can follow up with you and send relevant updates about our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us directly. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this data to third parties.
Contact form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form-processing provider, and also recorded in Klaviyo as described above. These providers process your submission only to route it to us or to send you the follow-ups you'd expect, and are each bound by their own privacy policy and security practices.
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and keep reasonable business records, after which it is deleted.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@elevateiq.au.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
