Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Effective August 3, 2026

This is a plain-language starting point covering the services actually sold on this site. It isn't a substitute for legal advice — have a lawyer review it (especially the liability and refund sections) before relying on it, particularly if you sell to customers outside your home country/state.

These Terms govern any purchase or engagement made through the ElevateIQ ("we," "us") website. By purchasing a plan or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Our Services

We provide AI automation consulting and implementation services, including chatbots, voice agents, workflow automation, custom AI assistants, and related work, sold as project-based packages (Starter AI, Growth AI, Scale AI) with optional monthly retainers.

Engagement Process

Every engagement begins with a discovery call to confirm scope. If, after that call, the work needed falls outside what's described for your plan, we'll agree on any adjustment in writing (a revised quote or scope) before proceeding — you won't be charged extra without your agreement.

Typical delivery timelines are communicated during the discovery call and will vary based on scope and how quickly you provide the access, content, and information we need.

Payment

Payment for project-based plans is collected upfront via Stripe at the time of purchase. Monthly retainers, where applicable, are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds & Cancellations

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the accounts, content, documentation, and information reasonably needed for us to deliver the service. Delays in providing these may delay delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the specific automations, workflows, and configurations we build for your business. We retain ownership of our general methods, templates, and tools used to build them, and may reuse non-confidential techniques in other client work.

Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us about your business as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the service (e.g., to a third-party tool you've asked us to integrate with).

Third-Party Services

Our work may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, Zapier, Make, n8n, telephony or AI providers). We aren't responsible for the uptime, pricing changes, or policies of third-party services outside our control, or for accounts you hold directly with them.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

Estimates like "20+ hours saved per week" are illustrative based on typical client outcomes, not a guarantee for your specific business. Actual results depend on your existing processes, volume, and how the automation is used.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant engagement. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
